- Repeated complaints from other users.

10. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

- An-Nikah.com does not guarantee the authenticity of user profiles.

- The platform is not responsible for user disputes or relationship outcomes.

- We do not provide marriage counseling or matchmaking guarantees.

- To the extent permitted by law, An-Nikah.com disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

- These Terms shall be governed by Indian laws.

- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
